Ausangate 7 Lakes Full Day Hike

Cusco – Tinki – Pacchanta – 7 lakes – Pachanta – Cusco

This trip begins picking you up from your accomodation at four in the morning. Then we will in to the town of Tinke for a short rest, after about forty-five minutes we will continue arriving in Pacchanta, a small village near to the mountains. In this place we are going to enjoy a delicious breakfast. From this place we will start to hike towards the lagoons of Ausangate.

During about six hours walking around we will visit these six lagoons: Azulcocha, Oqécocha, Pucacocha the first and the second, Alqacocha the first and second and finally Q’omercocha, located sequentially. you will delight yourself with the colors and the alluring beauty that each lagoon has.  On the way it is possible to watch birds, alpacas, llamas, many vizcachas and with good luck we will watch the Andean Condor flying, the indisputable king of the Andes.

For lunch, we will have an amazing buffet in a special place Close to the hot springs of Pacchanta. After lunchtime we will spend time relaxing us in the thermal waters. Undoubtedly, one of the moments you will most remember of this wonderful adventure. Finally, we will arrive in Cusco at seven o’clock in the night
